Much has been written about how to communicate effectively across the organization, but my idea through this article is how to communicate effectively with the top managers, CEOs and Directors of the company. Many people do have good skills of speaking and writing, but word “communication” tells the different story. My definition of communication is “the art of convincing people in minimum words”. Means that if you speak a lot or write a lot, it might not work when it comes to communicating with the top management.
